Mind Full, or Mindful?

I love this image...
I've made it my wallpaper on my computer at work:)

It's a great illustration of what it means to practice mindfulness, and also an example of a picture being worth a thousand words!

Hi Sara, I've come across the "mind full, mindful" picture and I love it. Is it your Artwork?
I'd love to know because I would like to have it and put it on my wall.
best wishes, Inke

Hello,

It is not my image, although I am on the search for the original artist! There has been a lot of interest in it because it is such a great illustration of mindfulness.

I always encourage people to email me back with the artist info if they happen to figure it out...

:)

Any luck finding the artist? Such a great image!

In case you're still looking for the artist, I found him! It is by Henck van Bilsen, Consultant Cognitive Behaviour Therapist & Consultant Clinical Psychologist. It is from his book, The Socks of Doom, (LOL!). It has more cartoons with these characters: Zee Beatty (the man), and his much happier dog (Mr Percy). You can see details here, http://www.socksofdoom.com/, where they also post their conversations.

Thank you (anonymous) poster for finding and sharing the name and site for the artist of this wonderful piece! I'm going to update the caption with his info, and email a number of folks that had asked me about the artist.

Great work! :)
